Forced - When the enemy phase ends: If Julia Stern is at a Lair location, flip her facedown (discarding all tokens and attachments on her) and place her beneath that location, along with the top card of the encounter deck. Otherwise, if Julia Stern is ready, she moves once toward the nearest Lair location.
Dusk of the Second Day - Retro
If there are a total of 2 or more encounter cards beneath locations in play, add 1 [blood] token to the chaos bag.
One at a time, reveal each facedown encounter card beneath a location. If the revealed card is a treachery, discard it. If it is an enemy, spawn it at the location at which it was revealed (if this effect fulfills the objective on the current act, finish resolving this agenda before advancing the act).
Move all damage from the scenario reference card to Julia Stern.
If there are no Civilian enemies in play, the lead investigator draws 1 of the set-aside Waterfront Civilian enemies, until no such enemies remain set-aside.
