Excited about the possibility of Tommy as a tank for multiplayer. This is an XP'd build intended for standalone scenarios, particularly Murder at the Excelsior Hotel.
Admittedly light on damage-dealing, this build is for soaking. Might regret not including taunt in here, but erred on the side of clue-gathering options.
Narratively, I have no idea how to explain how/why Tommy's allies keep dying and returning, but I think it's hilarious that his special incentivizes dynamiting yourself and your allies.
