Get the Pendant of the Queen, Eldritch Sophist and The Red Clock into play.
After your turn begins, put a charge on to the The Red Clock and get +3 to your next skill.
Exhaust Eldritch Sophist to move the charge just placed to the Pendant of the Queen.
This "stops" The Red Clock (it will get +1/-1 charge every turn) while your Pendant of the Queen will always have at least one charge so its not removed.
The Red Clock can be "stopped" on different amount of charges if you prefer bonus actions.
Any gator with seeker/rogue lvl 2 access can pull this off reliably, i just choose Ursula because The Red Clock is a relic and she can leverage other bonuses from it.
