Run The Book of War to spam On the Hunt and ignore the encounter deck completely after you drew every enemy in the encounter deck, as the wording doesn’t tell you to draw another card if there’s no enemy in the deck. If you have Stick to the Plan in your deck and your starting hand include The Book of War, you have a chance to never encounter any treacheries as long as you find Correlate All Its Contents and Truth from Fiction to replenish The Book of War for as long as possible.
