Use the money from Bank Job to pay for expensive assets like Grete. Cleaning Kit gives you extra ammo while waiting to draw a new gun; when you draw one and play it, you'll trigger the bonus shot on the Remington.

Lots of expensive upgrades but the important one is Stick to the Plan with Prepared for the Worst, Ever Vigilant and a fighting event attached. Then upgrade the guns, pick up some grenades, replace Grete with Girish for the soak.
