What do you mean by "Pathfinder (1 XP) – Off‑turn movement"?

Just to clarify: Pathfinder (1 XP) can only be used during your own turn, as stated in the card text: “During your turn, if you are not engaged with any enemies…” So the term “off-turn movement” doesn’t mean using it outside your turn (that would be illegal).

What I meant is that it’s a free movement that doesn’t cost an action, which often lets you move before doing anything else on your turn — it effectively feels like you’re “ahead of tempo”.
