A modern Jenny Barnes, using a couple recent cards.
First upgrades are Charon's Obol (if you are alright with the risk) and Streetwise (to spend all those resources).
Double or Nothing is a combo card to be used with "Watch this!" or Quick Thinking. Flashlight + Quick Thinking + Double or Nothing at a low shroud location will give a nearly guaranteed 2 clues and 2 extra actions.
If you don't like Double or Nothing, feel free to replace it, "Watch this!", and Quick Thinking. Replacement options include Emergency Cache, Overpower, Unexpected Courage, "You handle this one!", and "I'm out of here!".
If you have trouble triggering Lone Wolf replace it with another economy card.
Scenarios will be a little rough until you get enough XP for Streetwise. Until then, save Perception for high shroud locations and try to use Sleight of Hand with Flashlight.
