The challenge was to build a multi-player deck with the solo class investigators. My teammates are using Nathaniel Cho and Jacqueline Fine
My favorite class is Seeker so I was stuck with Harvey Walters. However, my favorite card is Pendant of the Queen, so I challenged myself to build Harvey with the pendant.
As opposed to "Big hand Harvey" decks, this focuses on playing events quickly, discovering massive amounts of clues and getting through your deck quickly.
Getting out Runic Axe, Eldritch Sophist and the Pendant aren't a priority, but happen sooner than you'd think.
Of course, I titled this Homicidal Harvey due to him wielding the Runic Axe and using the Laboratory Assistant and Research Librarian as unfortunate casualties in the battle to save humanity.
The three pips you get from In the Thick of It are used for Versatile (increase your deck size and add Runic Axe) and the Segments for the Pendant.
This build draws tons of cards and allows Harvey to hold his own in battle. His weakness isn't even that bad as your hand sizes are much smaller than normal Harvey builds.
With the help of Nathaniel Cho taking on enemies and Jacqueline Fine able to help in the token pulling department, I'm hoping this trio can cruise through the campaign.
