Summary

In my opinion, Mark Harrigan's strength lies in his skill-boosting ability for non-strength skill tests. In a pinch, you can make Mark more than just a monster killer. This deck does what you would expect -- use Mark's ability as much as possible by playing as many healing cards as you can.

Strategy

Mark acts as the "adult" that will manage enemies. Runic Axe does this very well in a straightforward way. Protect your team as they get all the clues.

Card Choices

Weapon

Runic Axe is a no-brainer in so many Guardian decks, and Prepared for the Worst helps you get in your hand if you don't get it in your opening hand.

Healing

This deck has 8 straightforward healing cards, and The Home Front acts as a healing card on a successful attack. Like was mentioned above, use these cards in order to use Mark's ability over and over again. Also, given you have an abundance of healing, you can act as healing support for the team as well. And your incredible inherent draw engine means you should draw them all.

When playing multiplayer, try to consider at least one person to play Short Rest in order to get action efficiency on your healing.

Tactic Events

Practice Makes Perfect shines when attacking. Ideally you want to find The Home Front in order to use it twice.

Shortcut is just a good card in any deck that can include it.

The Rogue events give you resource generation, healing, and extra clue discovery when needed. Kicking the Hornet's Nest's use is straightforward, but Hit and Run is just fun. Allowing for multiple Medical Student triggers is just good for both you and your teammates.

Conclusion

This deck works very, very well. It has a simple and direct strategy with simple good cards to implement it. On each play I've drawn almost my entire deck, which means it's also very consistent.
