Played 'Return to the Forgotten Age' along with Tommy Muldoon, Patrice Hathaway and Charlie Kane. We went hard on vengeance, achieving a total of 39 Yigs Fury at the last scenario. The only scenario where it was really a problem was the Depths of Yoth, which we ended up falling and we all took 2 physical trauma plus one from being defeated.
This deck started with Trench Coat, but because of all the trauma I included Bulletproof Vest and upgraded Logical Reasoning.
The damage from Ancient Stone was amazing, specially against those aloof enemies and in some scenarios against those Brood of Yig after they got something like 8 fight (easy to get 6 vengeance), Existential Riddle was also helpful.
Since I got Paranoia as a weakness, Farsight had some limited uses, where I prioritized playing asset instead of events.
This was one of the best decks I've played.
Having 8+ cards in hand to use Farsight every round, enabling the use of draw-events when engaged without taking an AoO, spending charges from Ancient Stone and damaging an enemy.
Main gimmick is Vault of Knowledge, drawing 2 cards every round with a successful investigation, +1 resource if you have Milan in play (very useful since this deck can eat your resources very fast).
Magnifying Glass to pop your Ancient Stones after use and before reshuffling.
Trench Coat and Deny Existence to be safe from your weakness Thrice-Damned Curiosity.
Your base with Trench Coat and Hyperawareness, may be enough to evade some monster if needed, including a Manual Dexterity you evade at 7.
