A standalone Norman deck, good for a pick-up-and-play on most scenarios. Should be able to handle most things as part of a team, either as a dedicated clue-finder, or as a backup fighter, particularly for big monsters.

If this is a standalone deck, shouldn’t it have two additional Random Basic Weaknesses?

Yeah, I tried to, but the deckbuilder will only let you have 1x Random Basic Weakness.
