Norman Withers becomes a support

So this deck will play as a seeker / support for a group of 4.

Base 5 with Magnifying Glass, Dr. Milan Christopher, and St. Hubert's Key should ensure i have no trouble with normal investigations. No action economy is a bummer compared to other seekers, but my strength here will come from supporting the group directly and indirectly.

Charles Ross, Esq. (especially post Charisma) will let me help out other resource starved friends. and if I can't find Dr. Milan Christopher will let me still accelarate what i'm doing

where I want to take this deck with xp is centered around the combination of Dr. Milan Christopher and Protective Incantation. Sealing a -5 token increases the average +2 draw from a 73%->79% (using a standard bag after a level. with The Chthonian Stone in the deck, I have a decent chance at consistently having a -3 & a -5 sealed. That changes the average +2 draw from 73% -> 85%.
